Fill out the intake form and submit your property for sale. Once we receive your form we will begin the review process. We look at county sales data and research comparable properties to determine a value we can offer you for your property.
We will contact you by either phone of email to present and discuss with you an offer amount. Once we have come to a mutual agreement, we'll prepare a purchase agreement and send your way.
Once we receive the signed purchase agreement we will begin the closing process and arrange a closing date with you. We will do all the work to close on the property.
Upon closing you funds will be sent to you via wire transfer or by mail, whichever you prefer.
